Made with deep slabs of indulgently fatty Tamworth pork belly from nearby Gothelney Farm, our Pancetta is aged for a minimum of three months. Cured with sea salt, rosemary and cinnamon, it is amazing served simply as wafer thin slices, but infinitely usable in the kitchen as well.
